Student must be cleared of all charges from the library before they
purchase their prom tickets. Library Clear Slips are available on the
school's website in the activities section, in the library and at the
activities window in the food court.

Parents should consult carefully the student dress code for the prom
that is listed below. Students not meeting dress code standards will not
be allowed entry into the dance.

The school is particularly concerned with a certain type of dress that
has become popular with a band at that bottom that allows girls to lower
the length of the dress as they enter the dance and then raise the
length once they are inside, making their dress too short and out of
compliance with dress code. This type of dress is sometimes referred to
as a "banded bubble dress." Parents should be aware that students who
arrive wearing a dress that can be altered in such a way as to make it
shorter than the allowable length will not be allowed to enter the
dance. Pictures of the banded bubble dress will be posted in the
activities section of the school's website.

Please note: students who are unsure if their attire meets dress code
standards should check the pictures on the school website or see their
assistant principal prior to the day of the event. Students not meeting
dress code standards will not be admitted into the event.

Parents should remind their ANHS student that a current 2008 - 2009
Aliso Niguel picture I.D. card is the only form of I.D. that will be
accepted for entry into the dance. Students who have lost their I.D.
cards should obtain one through Ms. Nakazawa in the ASB clerk's office
in the food court.

Please take note of some of the policies that will be enforced at the
dance below. There is a copy of the dance contract that must be read,
signed and understood by students attending the dance and their parents
available at alisoniguel.com in the activities section.

ANHS students may bring a guest to the prom so long as the guest is a
high school junior or senior in good standing or no older than 20 years
old on the night of the event. A guest pass may be obtained from the ASB
clerk's office or at alisoniguel.com in the activities section. A guest
pass must be completed for any guest to be considered for attending the
dance; no exceptions will be made.
