Dear Parents,

 

The big day is almost here!  I want you all to know that the Grad Nite
Committee has worked all year to provide a Safe and Exciting event for
our Graduating Seniors at Aliso Niguel High School.

 

We will be at the Gap and Gown Pick up and Senior Brunch tomorrow to
take Grad Nite Ticket Reservations. The cost is still$145, payment must
be cash, money order or cashiers check. The reservation form must be
signed by both student and parent and can be found at www.anhsptsa.org. 

 

 

We gave your students the follow Grad Nite Rules for the event when they
signed up for the bus.

 

1.	Registration & Consent Forms must be completed and signed to
attend.

 

2.	Transportation is provided.  This is the only means by which
students may attend Grad Nite.  No Exceptions! Students will remain at
Grad Nite until they return to Aliso Niguel High School at approximately
6:00 am, Friday, June 19, 2009

 

    3.    Check-In is from 9:30 pm to 10:30 pm on Thursday, June 18,
2009. All buses will leave promptly at 10:30 PM.  All students must
bring some form of photo ID.     Grad Nite is for ANHS students only, No
guests!

 

    4.   Students are strongly advised not to drive themselves to check
in.

 

5.	The only items students will need to carry for Grad Nite are a
sweater or sweatshirt and photo id.  It is recommended NOT to bring cell
phones, pagers, I Pods, MP3's or other electronic equipment.  Grad Nite
will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. Do NOT bring any water
bottles or beverages with you. They will be discarded.

 

6.	Students will not need any money.  All food, games and
entertainment are included in the Grad Nite price.  Restrooms will be
supplied with personal items.  If any medication must be taken, prior
arrangements must be made.

 

7.	Students should wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

 

8.	Absolutely, no Alcohol, Drugs or Smoking are Permitted. 

 

9.	Preventative measures will be utilized to assure compliance with
The Grove of Anaheim, our Registration & Consent Form, and the above
rules.  Any student showing signs of intoxication or possession of
alcohol, drugs or cigarettes upon arrival or thereafter, will be
detained.  Parent/ Guardian/ Emergency Contact and Local Law Enforcement
will be notified and summoned.  Once a parent and local authorities have
been summoned, the student will not be allowed to attend Grad Nite.  (No
refund will be given.)
