Listed below are the more common application and information links to various colleges and universities:

CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY COLLEGES: 
If you are a first time community college student enrolling directly from high school, you will want to complete the Early Bird Application specifically geared for incoming students. These applications are generally available during the first week or two in March from each community college. Early Bird applicants earn priority dates for testing, class registration and more.

COLLEGE TRANSFER INFORMATION:
If you are planning to transfer from a community college to a University of California or a California State University, ASSIST can help. This is the official California state-wide database listing with campus approved transfer agreements. You may also want to visit Pathways, the University of California's source for transfer agreement information.

CALIORNIA STATE UNIVERSITIES (CSU) 
Apply online to one or more California State Universities through one website.

Online application opens: October 1
DEADLINE to Submit application: October 1 through November 30

  • Apply to Cal State University       http://www.csumentor.edu/admissionapp/undergrad_apply.asp 
  • Send your SAT I, SAT II, and ACT scores to all the CSU campuses using score code 3594
  • Send your AP scores from AP Central
  • Do NOT send a transcript (until the Cal State campus directs you to do so by email or by letter)
  • Cal State does NOT require Letters of Recommendation 

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA (UC)
Apply online to one or more University of California campuses through one website.

Online application opens: October 1
DEADLINE to Submit application: NOVEMBER 1 through NOVEMBER 30

  • Apply to University of California   www.universityofcalifornia.edu/apply 
  • Send your SAT I, SAT II, and ACT scores to each of the UC campuses to which you are applying
  • Send your AP scores from AP Central
  • Do NOT send a transcript (until the UC campus directs you to do so by email or by letter)
  • UC does NOT require Letters of Recommendation 

COMMON APPLICATION
Nearly 300 colleges and universities across the country accept the Common Application for admissions. Others will accept the Common Application, but also require a supplemental application. For more information visit the website at https://www.commonapp.org/  and the specific college/university to which you are applying.

  • Apply to multiple private colleges and universities: Click here Follow ALL directions for each college/university applicaton.
  • Order transcript to be sent as per the college application (attached to counselor report OR sent directly to the university)
  • Send your SAT I, SAT II, and ACT scores to all the colleges to which you are applying
  • Send your AP scores from AP Central
  • Request Letters of Recommendation (if required) at least 3 weeks in advance of the due date 

PRIVATE/INDEPENDENT COLLEGES/UNIVERSITIES (AAICU)
AAICU is California's Association of Independent California Colleges/Universities. Partial list of members includes: University of San Diego, Chapman, Pepperdine, Concordia.
